So as I wrote in my previous blog my goal is to fast the first 21 days of June. So I have started the 16/8 hours fasting meaning that I eat for a window of 8 hours every day and I do not eat for 16 hours after that. I like to break my fast either with a high in protein breakfast or a smoothie bowl.
Today I made my own and it was like a chocolate ice cream! mmmm!
1,5 ripe frozen banana
1 spoon almond butter (you can use butter of your preference)
250ml unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk if you prefer)
1 tsp raw cacao
I put all the above together in a blender and then I top according to my appetite or what I have at home. Some times also I would place the nut butter on the top instead of outside. (strawberries, walnuts, hemp on the photo),
