In the heart of Frogner in Neuberggata one can find raw food and a sunny corner to have a beverage. Popular for it’s salad (see below) Happy Foods is definitely the place to be if you are vegan or just conscious about what you are eating.

The idea behind Happy Foods comes from Irina Smit (minmatglede.com). Her goal when she opened this corner cafe was to motivate others to make fresh food and be more aware of what they eat by using clean ingredients.

I tried her fresh salad, beetroot latte and a snickers cake. While their snickers raw cake didn’t make it on the photo (oops… ) together with the snickers cake they made my day colorful and my belly happy!
Which are you favourite raw/vegan places in Oslo?

High five for the vegan posts
