Dreamy waves

It is scientifically proven that hair can influence the way you define yourself to yourself, as an extension of your identity. In a more spiritual angle hair symbolizes physical strength and virility; the virtues and properties of a person are said to be concentrated in his hair and nails. It is a symbol of instinct, of female seduction and physical attraction.

And no I am not here to go deeper in hair psychology but just to underline that if you are having a bad day today consider to drink a lot of water, read a book, mediate or take care of your hair. The effect of self pamper is immediate to the brain and what a beautiful way to get your day going. (Also you can do all the above, and you will be indestructible…psss).

Is there really a more beloved hairstyle than waves? They’re flattering, easy to do and got you covered from a “just woke up like this” look to a wedding party.

Believing that waves were an easy look to achieve was not the case for me until I discovered GHD’s hair tong. I need to admit this thing is magic and it really gives me dreamy waves. I am really unskilled when it comes to hair, nails and so on. For me it was easier to redecorate a whole apartment than do my hair. Not anymore.

I have had this babe now for over 3 years and I love it. It never disappoints me and it is always here to make sure I look sleek! It really gives me the perfect waves and they last for quite some time despite the fact that I have the frizziest hair in the whole world (little bit dramatic I know).

And while sharing is caring I share with you my favourite products that help me prepare, protect and do my waves. I have been using the lovelies below in years and I swear by them too! Which are your favourites?
